Breaking stock prices are steady to higher with check and undergrade
pricing higher. The undertone is firm. Offerings are very light on very
light demand. Supplies remain light to occasionally moderate. Schedules are
reduced to full-time. The National breaking stock inventory declined 7.3%
when compared to a week ago. Market activity is moderate.
Prices in cents per dozen, delivered to breakers, 48 lb. minimum net weight
per 30 dozen case, eggs from table egg layers. Packaging may vary.
